I specialized in creating dynamic email designs for CRM campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, I helped ensure that each email aligned with the brand’s identity and resonated with the target audience. My role involved designing email templates that provided an optimized experience across all devices. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns met client objectives, driving engagement and conversions.
Leveraging A/B testing our team was able to refine and improve design elements. Additionally, I maintained brand consistency while adapting designs to suit various CRM goals. Through my work, I helped strengthen customer relationships, foster loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of Samsung’s CRM initiatives.
